The third character of the model denotation refers to the type of product H (horn), the first group of digits denotes the height of the particular model, whereas the second group of digits indicates the depth of the cabinet.
Ø - diameter of the bass-midrange unit;  H, W, D – height, width, depth

We exhibited at Zagreb Hi-Fi Show 2006, at Zagreb Sheraton hotel. BVH 99 FR is a result of cooperation with Oktava, which is a Croatian representative for Ciare. Ciare drivers with prefix HX are so called full-range speakers. Light paper cones reproduce full audio spectrum, while in low range they are supported by specially developed horn. Result is a great improvement in dynamics and speed.

This small floorstanding loudspeaker has all advantages of a horn, while being compact enough to fit in small rooms. BVH 99 FR can be auditioned at Oktava d.o.o., Zagreb, Maksimirska 100c.

BVH 110 and 120 are designed to be set approx. 70 cm away from the rear wall. They can be placed closer to the wall for bass reinforcement. The mutual distance between the loudspeakers is not crucial unless the room in itself is problematic.

For those who do not have the possibility of keeping the loudspeakers at that distance away from the wall, we have designed FVH 125-45, the back side of which can be placed next to the wall. Driver units and the type of construction are selected so as to equalize the bassrange, without any shift in the midrange and treble.

The cabinets are mostly made of 18-30 mm MDF plates. Most often, cabinets are veneered in African kotto (lighter veneer) and mahogany (darker veneer) or at customer's wish. Basic models are obtainable with a nitro-cellulose lacquer or polyurethane paint finish, and upon request with a car paint or even shellack finish (more grinding and several coatings). Upon request, the cabinets can be finished in vinyl, leather, cork, artificial and natural marble or any other material that does not disturb the inner constructional parameters.

The exclusive series (SE) is made of real wood (Pine, Larch, Maple, Walnut, Cherry, Steemed Beech).

-----

Notch filter AD712 for levelling of strong peaks in problematic rooms. It uses only one transistor in series, whereas the rest of the assembly is in parallel (it has no effect on the quality of the signal). Regulation of frequency (100-400 Hz) and amplitude (0-12 dB). Device has it's own housing, uses its own power supply and is installed between the preamplifier and the amplifier. In case of integrated amplifiers, a special circuit board is installed within the existing device (when the filter is no longer needed, the device is easily returned to its original condition).
